Dale and Yolanda Jones lead Magna Vista Partners with 30+ years of experience in mentoring emerging leaders to transform themselves through mission and purpose in their personal and professional lives.

 
 

Founders

 

Dale Jones

Dale Jones is the Chief Executive Officer of Magna Vista Partners, a leadership advisory firm, with offices in Washington D.C. and Atlanta, helping leaders think through business strategy, board issues, corporate governance and human capital. He serves as a trusted advisor to chairs and CEOs of major corporations. 

Formerly CEO of The Diversified Search Group and previously Vice Chair of Heidrick & Struggles, Jones focused on finding and attracting CEO and board-level talent for clients seeking authentic leadership — and capacity to lead. Dale served as the Executive Director of Quest Atlanta ‘96 prior to the Olympic Games in Atlanta. He is particularly adept at identifying those with heartfelt desire to serve others combined with “competencies in context” that are often difficult to find.

Dale is a current corporate board member for Rollins, Inc. (NYSE), Trilith Film Studios — one of the largest purpose-built movie studios in North America — Chick-fil-A, and Outset Medical (NASDAQ). In the past, he has served on corporate boards for Northwestern Mutual Corp., Hughes Supply, and Kohl’s Corporation (NYSE). He additionally serves other not-for-profit roles with Morehouse College (emeritus trustee), The Special Olympics (current), and the Andrew Young Foundation (current). He’s frequently quoted in the media and contributes regularly as a speaker/instructor at Georgetown University. 

Since reimagining his calling, Dale has focused his time and energy cultivating the next generation of leaders through public speaking, board service and philanthropy. Dale spent several years promoting clean drinking water projects in sub-Saharan Africa to advance health benefits in the community. Dale and his wife Yolanda make their home in both Atlanta and Washington D.C. They have two adult children living and working in New York.

 
 

Yolanda Jones

Yolanda D. Jones is a remarkable professional who excels in facilitating discovery. Her expertise includes being a certified facilitator, corporate trainer, systems design engineer, adult basic education teacher, and university professor. Her vast experience guides individuals toward unlocking their true potential and fulfilling their aspirations.

As a professor at the University of the District of Columbia, Yolanda teaches graduate students how to create impactful adult learning environments. She applies cutting-edge theories, philosophies, curriculum design, and teaching methods based on andrological studies. Her students have the knowledge and skills to succeed in their respective fields.

Yolanda has helped leaders from different industries, such as government, medical, legal, and financial, to navigate career and life challenges effectively. Her unique approach encourages creative exploration and reflection. Furthermore, Yolanda and Dale have successfully facilitated seminars on relationships and marriage, helping couples build stronger and healthier relationships.

Strategic Advisor

Allen Chan

Allen serves as a strategic partner, advisor, and consultant for some of the nation’s largest not-for-profit and for-profit organizations, specializing in providing value to mission-driven organizations in leadership, talent, organization, culture, and diversity. Most recently, he spent the last 8 years leading the Robertson Scholars Leadership Program at Duke University and UNC-Chapel Hill to become one of the pre-eminent leadership development programs in the U.S. Previously, Allen worked as an international consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton, working with large corporate clients on strategy development and process re-design. While there, he headed the firm’s MBA recruitment effort to develop the next generation of talent. 

Service is core for Allen and he currently serves on the boards of Morehouse College, the Salvation Army National Advisory Board, the Kenan Institute and M&F Bank (a publicly traded community bank located in North Carolina). He previously served on the Statutory Board of Atlanta Life Insurance Company, on the Board of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, and many other not-for-profit boards. 

Allen is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Engineering and holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

 

Adam Dumey

Adam has over 20 years of advancing business strategy for C-level executives across both public and private sectors. He has counseled industry in transforming immature technology into sustainable, scalable enterprise solutions that drive heightened brand awareness and a differentiated customer experience. With deep experience in emerging technologies (i.e. AI, autonomous retail, Cloud), Adam helps organizations connect the dots across change management, customer experience, financial performance metrics, risk and technology readiness considerations to drive long-term returns for clients, employees and shareholders. Beyond strategic counsel, Adam is also a recognized thought leader with 1 published psychology research paper, 3 awarded USPTO patents (another filed Dec 2022) and multiple public speaking engagements.

Beyond his senior leadership roles with technology leaders (IBM and Amazon Web Services) and premiere public sector organizations (FBI), Adam was also elected to the Board of the What-if-Collective and the Advisory Board for the Marriott-Sorenson Center for Hospitality Leadership. He is also passionate about giving back to the community and serves on the Board of the Make-a-Wish (Mid-Atlantic). He is an active speaker/volunteer for Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) and Sponsors for Educational Opportunity (SEO) non-profits.

Adam holds a BA in Psychology/Sociology from Wesleyan University and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Ivana Madarac

Ivana Madarac is a professional with experience in administrative management, financial oversight, and operational leadership. Her unique blend of multidisciplinary managerial skills has enabled her to excel in various initiatives focused on process, procedure, and policy improvement. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Ivana has consistently driven productivity and enhanced the quality of service in her professional roles.

Throughout her career, Ivana has held key positions in the full accounting cycle: A/R, A/P, and A/B with complex bookkeeping, demonstrating her comprehensive understanding of financial operations. She has a proven track record of optimizing workflows and implementing best practices that streamline processes and foster a culture of efficiency and effectiveness. Ivana is adept at prioritizing projects and managing multiple tasks simultaneously, allowing her to meet and exceed project goals consistently.

Ivana's academic credentials further underscore her expertise in the field. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with minors in Finance and International Business, which provided her with a robust foundation in the principles of economic theory and practice. Additionally, she holds an Associate Diploma in Global Business Management, equipping her with a global perspective on business operations and strategy.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ivana is a dedicated mother of two, balancing her career with her family life. She embodies the values of commitment and responsibility, both at home and in her professional endeavors. Ivana's ability to juggle the demands of motherhood while maintaining a successful career speaks to her exceptional organizational skills and resilience.

 

Darijo Lehrmajer

As Magna Vista Partner's IT Analyst, Darijo is assisting critical operations of setting up and maintaining the information system and designing the most suitable platform for business. An experienced professional with expertise in Deep Data Analysis, IT and Business Development is working directly with Dale Jones on business expansion both domestically and internationally.

He earned a Master's Degree in Information Technology at Marymount University, and holds a diploma in Economics and Global Business Management.
